Around the Plate is mid-Michigan’s only nutrition practice founded on Health at Every Size(R) principles. We work with individuals who are looking to find food freedom and break free of diet culture. Our team of registered dietitian nutritionists provide compassionate, individualized care that’s rooted in science. We aim to create a safe space where our clients can openly discuss their eating behaviors and experiment with food so that real change can happen.
We welcome clients of all ages and provide services in individual, couple, family, and group formats. We provide state-of-the-art treatment for a variety of concerns including anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, anger control problems, substance abuse, grief and loss, sexual identity/LGBQ, marital and family problems and psychological assessments.
We believe that attaining life satisfaction involves a blend of acceptance and change and a willingness to live according to personal and pro-social values. We strive to create an environment that brings hope and improves the quality of life for persons affected by trauma, mental health challenges and/or drug and alcohol abuse and addictions.
In order to meet the needs of our clients, we offer a variety of services including individual, family, couple, and group therapy. We also offer consultation services including trainings, assessments, fitness for duty evaluations, and clinical services review.
Self Love Beauty’s mission is to ensure women have self-love through feeling confident in their own beauty and empowered one story at a time knowing they are not alone in their journey to reach their full potential. They provide resources for events, coaching, self-love experts and online articles to help you!
JLK Counseling provides the help you deserve. Jennifer Campbell provides psychotherapy, embody love workshops and health coaching. Jennifer supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders. She is a certified facilitator with the Embody Love Movement and offers workshops to area adolescents & adult females to empower them and help them learn to celebrate their inner beauty. She is a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) and offers individual and group wellness coaching. Jennifer has experience working with individuals of all ages both in acute inpatient and outpatient settings with a variety of mental health needs including anxiety and depression, stress management, life transition adjustment, as well as relationship issues.
The Center of Hope Counseling provides individual therapy that is provided by therapists whom specialize in anxiety, depression and the psychological spectrum of eating disorders; group counseling that is beneficial addition to treatment. It offers individuals the opportunity to discuss their struggles with others who are experiencing similar issues; and they also offer courses such as encountering life competently, breakaway, feelings not food group, finding your inner champion, yoga, dietary services and more.
